Tecsiglass has engineered and installed the following units:
Denox reactor, made of a metal compound with high resistance to corrosion and high temperatures.
Metal channels connecting the reactor to the process, with the possibility of insertion downstream of the electrofilter, directly in series on the main chimney or downstream of each individual furnace.
Fume bypass system, to allow pneumatically actuated valves to isolate the Denox reactor and allow scheduled periodic maintenance without influencing the process and without having to run on the emergency chimney.
Automatic dust cleaning system based on timed injection of compressed air.
