The system is made up of pre-assembled groups (skids) complete with instrumentation and equipment and the relevant operating systems relating to the no. 2 furnaces BG2 and BG3.
Design, supplies and assembly include:
Skid hosting the armored electric exchangers for heating the oil
Filtration, measurement and flow rate regulation skid intended for the oven combustion burners
Compressed air pressure regulation skid, at the pressures necessary for the OCD atomization, burner washing and cooling phases.
Ocd inversion skid and compressed air to the oven burners
OCD ramps and compressed air service to the individual burners and related burners
Piping ocd and compressed air
Btz thick oil furnace combustion burners
ODC heating system with self-regulating heating cable.
